Payment terms for purchases made through the web site are credit cards only (Visa, MasterCard and Discovery), unless prior arrangements are made (prepaid, open billing, etc.).

All products are shipped via UPS Ground and should be received within 5 - 7 days of ordering, unless prior arrangements are made (will call, freight, express, etc.).

If product is received in damaged condition, buyer must notify Company within 24 hours of receipt.

A full refund for undamaged, returned merchandise is given if product is returned within 30 days of original purchase.
